60 minute s h i f t class followed by organic matcha lattes and Lemon Press energy bites (our faveee post workout snack) at our pop-up Nantucket Magic Matcha Bar on the dreamy Nantucket hotel porch.

S H I F T is a unique recipe of ancient ingredients designed to drop you into deep connection with your body, mind, heart and spirit.

A yoga-ish, fitness-ish class laced with intuitive movement, shamanic dance and guided meditation; created and taught by evie marie oconnor..

through the rituals of movement, stillness, breath, prayer and sound, we rekindle our connection with the sacred and remember our innate belonging within these bodies and on this earth.

we move through and beyond ingrained ways of being, to open deeper to the intuitive wisdom and infinite potential within.

we reclaim movement as sacred:

not because you should,

not because you need to,

not to manipulate, not to control.

but as a prayer, a practice, a portal.

a call to what is primal within.

to evoke the space beyond thought,

invite the numinous,

elevate the vibrational

and remember ourselves as vessels

through which spirit can speak.

this practice is rooted in the observation that when we shift the world within us, the world around us recalibrates in response.

s h i f t is a space for sensitive + intuitive souls to tap into transformative power of community, ritual + devotion. 

no particular prior experience needed, but familiarity with vinyasa yoga is helpful as well as a willingness to explore your physical, emotional and relational thresholds
